Transport and delivery methods

The products purchased on the website will be delivered to the address indicated by the client. The client can request delivery to another person, who has residence or domicile address in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Holy See (Vatican City State).

At the moment of delivery, a signature will be necessary by an adult over 18 years of age. Deliveries to mailboxes will not be made.

For every order on the Site, TOGNANA makes a receipt, and sends it by e-mail to the holder of the order, in accordance with R.P.D 445/2000 and with Legislative Decree. Information that the client has provided during the order, attest the receipt issued. No alteration is possible after the receipt issued.

The delivery costs are paid by the client and are underlined on the site and on the order form.

The delivery costs will change according to the destination. The amount of delivery costs is available in the shopping cart section. Deliveries are free for orders over € 99 (Promotion valid only for orders in Italy).

Every purchase will be delivered by courier, with standard service and without delivery notice, Monday to Friday, except holidays and national holidays. TOGNANA is not responsible for unpredictable delays.

Deliveries are made within 4 working days from the date of received payment, provided the products are available in stock. In case of partial availability Tognana will communicate to the customer as soon as possible, which can decide if they receive the products seperately or all together, or to cancel the order of the products not available.

The presence of the customer, or a representative, at the address indicated in the order is necessary to make the delivery. At the moment of delivery, the customer has to check that the number of pieces is the same as what is indicated in the transport document and that the box is intact. Any damage to the box and/or to the products or the non-correspondence of the number of pieces have to be contested immediately, on the checking space reserved for writing on the proof of courier delivery. The customer can not contest the characteristics of the products, after having signed the courier’s documents.

Client is not present at the moment of delivery

If the customer is not present at the moment of delivery, he must contact the courier offices and decide together another delivery time or a collection at the courier office. TOGNANA is not economically responsible for boxes leaving the warehousing at the courier facility. If the Client isn’t able to agree with the courier a second delivery or the pick up at the courier facility, undertakes to see out the consignment.

In the case of the courier returning the merchandise to TOGNANA, due to non-collection by the customer, TOGNANA will contact the customer for another possible delivery, requesting the refund of warehousing costs as well as the delivery costs already which will pay (for the next delivery). If the customer does not pay the costs incurred by TOGNANA within 7 days of the request, TOGNANA will consider the no-pick up merchandise as non-fulfilment on the part of the client.
