Warranties

The purchaser, which is also the consumer, has the right of legal warranty in accordance to IV Part III Title Chapter I (from article 128 to 135) Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ( Fruition Code) about every type of lack of conformity of the Product at the delivery moment. The possible lack of conformity must be reported to TOGNANA in accordance with article 132 of Fruition Code, to the e-mail [email protected]. The warranty is not available in case of negligence in use and maintenance of the product. TOGNANA will refund the price of the product only if it’s not possible, for different kind of reasons, repair or substitute that product.

Circumstances beyond one's control

TOGNANA is not responsible for non-fulfilment or delay if the reasons concern work interruptions, industrial actions, transport suspension and any other cause directly connected to circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable law and court in charge

The General terms are under Italian law.
For any controversy about the General Terms, the court in charge will be the court with the same seat of the purchaser’s residence, if the purchaser is a consumer. In other cases, the geographical competence will be, in exclusively, that of Treviso.
