Right of withdrawal

Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal

- pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014 -

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must access your Customer Area through the website by logging in and clicking on “Withdraw from the contract”, or, if you do not have an account and previously made the purchase as a guest, you can find the dedicated area in the footer section “Withdraw from the contract”.

Once you have indicated the order, you will start the request procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal and, as soon as you receive confirmation by email that the request has been accepted, you may proceed with the return shipment.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In the event of a partial return, only the value of the returned item or items will be reimbursed. Such reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction and, in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

The reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
